To assist my clients in the most professional manner and to afford them best professional service, I strive for thorough diligence, and negotiate with knowledge and skills, a very wide range of complex dental practices, commercial real estate, and residential real estate deals. Having worked on substantive number of sale and purchase transactions, I always attempt to simplify things for my clients. 


I work on understanding the nature of the deal / matter and requirements of my clients.  Work process involves crafting a right-sized approach, keeping in mind client’s goals and instructions.  Crafting of the matter / deal with such approach include appropriate consideration for long-term and immediate needs of the clients.  Insight gained through experience helps clients to make decisions balancing market realities vis-à-vis their expectations.   


Attention to detail is my motto.  Exercising high level of sound judgment, I put focus on client's requirements.  Accuracy is something that is taken very seriously.  Advises and stresses upon the importance of conditional dates within agreements to ensure timely delivery/receipt of deliverables.  Special attention is put on achieving client's desired goals within prescribed timelines.  


Proper attention is paid to secure appropriate terms and conditions for the deals / matters / transactions through right-sizing under the circumstances by working within confined parameters prescribed by clients. Vital and sticky points / terms are resolved by exercising problem solving and critical thinking.  Negotiation strategies are planned with clients and executed in a timely manner while being attentive and flexible to and for ever changing circumstances.  Various scenarios are identified and I believe in proposing creative solutions to serve the purpose.  


With very strong client focus, I believe in timely communications.  Clients can expect effective communication.  I work collaboratively with client's other professionals involved in the matter to achieve best possible outcome for the client.
